You make an analysis of production processes and report about waste in quality and efficiency. /li liSolve critical issues by analyzing root causes on the short term and make proposals for solutions on the long term in order to guarantee and optimize filling production and this by engaging and motivating team members and let them gain autonomy in their job roles. /li liCheck continuously the filling production processes in terms of quality, input, output, safety and ergonomic circumstances /li liMake proposals, together with the production team and the team coordinator, of technical improvements and guarantee that the improvements are implemented with as objective to improve efficiency, quality, lead time and to maintain cost leadership. You make sure the proposals are in line with the operational excellence strategy.
