* Conduct a detailed "as-is" analysis of HR processes across countries
* Assess current practices in performance management, onboarding, and governance
* Identify inefficiencies (manual work, lack of standardization, limited transparency)
* Define target operating model for HR (processes, governance, tools)
* Build a structured and realistic HR transformation roadmap
* Lead HRIS / performance tool selection (benchmark, RFP, vendor comparison)
* Manage end-to-end implementation in coordination with IT and stakeholders
* Design and deploy performance management frameworks (reviews, 360°, feedback loops)
* Improve employee access to HR information (benefits, policies, compensation)
* Ensure consistency across countries while maintaining flexibility
* Formalize and document HR processes and governance
* Senior HR background (HR Director / HRBP / HR Manager) with strong soft HR expertise
* Proven experience in international and matrix organizations
* Demonstrated ability to perform HR process diagnostics ("as-is" analysis)
* Strong track record in HR tool selection and implementation (HRIS)
* Experience leading HR transformation projects end-to-end
* Strong understanding of performance management frameworks
* Tech-savvy with pragmatic approach to system integration
* Ability to balance structure vs. flexibility in evolving environments
* Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, Finance, and leadership
* Fluent in English and French
