Experience in our sector is not mandatory, but a work experience of at least 2 years would be preferable.
However this does not mean that we exclude very motivated students that just finished university!

Responsibilities
* Manage website, based on Wordpress (we have 3 very important websites)
* Content creation
* Post management
* Social Media Mgmt
* Mailings
* Salesforce mgmt (Marketing atomization using PARDOT/Salesforce - Account engagement)
* Product management, thereby searching for new Real Estate projects and dealing with the contracting
* Work with developers and register our clients
* Prepare reservation contracts and review them with the client's lawyer
* Support the managing director in various strategic tasks
* Work in Salesforce and follow up on our field sales agents
* Prepare inspection trips to Spain for our clients
* ...
Qualifications
* Ideally min. 2 years of experience (preferably in Real estate), but not a must
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
* Strong communication skills
* Strong administrative skills (Structure!)
* Native Dutch, fluent English (and ideally also French)
* Last but not least; positive attitude of 'What can I do for the company?', instead of 'What can the company do for me?'
