At Timefold, we are building the intelligent scheduling optimization platform for software developers in workforce management. We empower IT teams to build robust, trustworthy, and performant workforce scheduling systems that handle real-world complexity at scale.


Our customers are product and engineering leaders who own scheduling optimization integrated in software products or internal platforms.


We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate deep technical capability into clear positioning, strong enablement, and effective go-to-market execution, directly shaping how Timefold shows up in the market.


This is an onsite/hybrid role based at our Ghent, Belgium headquarters.


The role


As Product Marketing Manager, you sit at the intersection of our GTM and Product & Engineering teams.


Your core responsibility is to:

* Turn product capabilities into clear value narratives
* Equip go-to-market teams with strong collateral
* Support campaigns with structured messaging
* Bring customer and market feedback back into Product


You must have a strong ability to work cross-functionally while collaborating closely with

* GTM & Marketing leadership
* VP Product
* Sales and Solutions
* CTO and DevRel


1. Partner with GTM and Product Leadership


You will ensure that new features and releases are clearly framed and effectively launched.

You will create artifacts and assets that:

* Translate roadmap updates into customer-facing value
* Support feature launches with messaging and collateral
* Help document use cases and practical applications
* Identify recurring customer questions or confusion points


2. Bring the voice of the customer into the company


You will help structure and gather insights from:

* Sales calls
* Customer interviews
* Competitive evaluations
* Developer conversations


You will document, maintain, and govern the materials where customer and market knowledge live as you:

* Identify common evaluation criteria and objections
* Summarize competitor patterns
* Map recurring friction points
* Share insights back with Product and GTM


3. Enable Sales to Win Evaluations


Our market is evaluation-driven. Developers compare depth, flexibility, and long-term ownership.

You will create and maintain collateral that unlocks commercial wins across the entire GTM lifecycle such as:

* Competitive comparison sheets
* Objection-handling guides
* ROI and cost-of-ownership narratives
* Evaluation guides for developers
* Structured demo narratives


4. Support Campaign Execution


You will partner with your Marketing peers (Growth, Content, Video) to turn positioning into clear campaign themes.

You will:

* Contribute messaging frameworks for verticals or subsectors (WFM, FSM, HRIS, …)
* Review and refine campaign messaging for technical accuracy
* Help shape landing pages and solution briefs
* Ensure consistency between product truth and campaign claims


5. Collaborate with Content, DevRel, Field Sales


You will work closely with Content, DevRel, and Field Sales to turn product capabilities into educational and public-ready assets.

You will:

* Contribute to product videos and technical explainers
* Help structure webinar themes and storylines aligned to ICP pain points
* Support feature and product launch messaging
* Support trade show messaging and collateral preparation
* Contribute to launch landing pages and nurture flows
* Ensure all materials are technically accurate and aligned with positioning


You might be a fit if:


* You're based in or near Ghent, Belgium, and comfortable with regular in-office collaboration. You have 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in technical or developer-facing products.
* You are comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, and performance trade-offs.
* You enjoy translating technical complexity into commercial clarity.
* You have supported product launches or evaluation-driven sales cycles.
* You like collaborating across teams and building structured collateral.
* You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership, early-stage environments.
