As a Copilot Studio & Azure AI Specialist, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered conversational agents for enterprise environments. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions by combining Microsoft Copilot Studio’s low-code capabilities with Azure AI services.
You will work across the full lifecycle of AI agent development—from concept and architecture to deployment and monitoring—integrating with existing enterprise systems and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI tools.
* Develop custom plugins and integrate with REST APIs, enterprise data, and backend services.
* Use technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and vector databases for AI scenarios.
* Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
* Manage cloud infrastructure components (networking, identity, security, Key Vault, etc.).
* Set up observability and monitoring (e.g. Application Insights, Log Analytics).
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
* Keep up with evolving AI and cloud technologies to ensure innovation and relevance.7
Ideal Skills & Experience
* Practical experience with Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services.
* Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code chatbot platforms.
* Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and cloud architecture.
* Familiarity with backend development (Python, Node.js, C#) and integration with APIs.
* Knowledge of data integration (Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, SQL, REST, GraphQL).
* Awareness of security and governance practices in cloud environments.
* Familiarity with messaging and integration tools (Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) is a plus
* Understanding of agent communication protocols (MCP, A2A)
* Proficiency in French, Dutch and English is a plus
