Tasks
* You lead complex, high-stakes client assignments across IT Asset & Vendor Management, from strategy to execution.
* You act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for senior stakeholders, translating business goals into pragmatic governance and operating models.
* You mentor and coach consultants, building capability while staying close to the content and delivery.
* You shape methodologies and ways of working, contributing to Leadout’s internal strategy and knowledge frameworks.
* You represent Leadout externally, building credibility and visibility in the market through thought leadership and client outcomes.
Requirements
* You are a senior professional with 6+ years of consulting or project-based experience (or equivalent industry expertise)
* You’re known for clarity, vision, and turning strategy into action.
* You lead without ego and collaborate with intent, building trust across business and IT.
* You are motivated by strategic challenge and collective success.
* You are fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
