Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day organization of car delivery procedures.
* Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Netherlands about ongoing queries.
* Coordinate car pick-ups and deliveries through external transport companies or in-house drivers.
* Documentation/administrative processing
* Register and follow up on repair issues, pre-sales, and after-sales.
* Register and follow up on insurance cases.
* Coordinating car park and fleet readiness. Making sure all purchased cars are presentable and accessible.
* Assistance to salesforce if necessary.
Requirements:
* You have more than 1 year of working experience
* Experience in Office Management/ Logistics/ Operations
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience in administrational work
* Very efficient and independent problem solver
* Eye for small details!
* Good understanding of claims handling
* Communication and negotiation skills
* Team player and able to work alone on important tasks as a problem solver
* High sense of responsibility and punctuality
* Energetic, innovative, enjoy new challenges
* You are fluent in English and Russian and Dutch or French.
