ARE YOU THE ONE AND ONLY CSO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a
Chief Strategy Officer
to help take Socialsky to the next level.
This role is not about sitting on the sidelines or delivering abstract frameworks.
It's about
turning vision into strategy, and strategy into impact
. For our clients and for the agency.
As CSO, you'll be a
key sparring partner for the co-CEOs and the leadership team
. You'll help
structure, elevate and sell our strategic thinking
, while staying close to the teams, the execution and the brands we work with.
You'll play a central role in:
* elevating Socialsky's strategic narrative and positioning
, both internally and externally,
* leading high-stakes pitches and strategic conversations
, guiding our clients and their brands to make smarter, social-first choices,
* infusing strategic thinking across the agency and your direct team
, raising the overall level,
* positioning Socialsky as a reference
in social-first communication.
This role is designed for someone who
takes ownership naturally, but who also deeply believes in teamwork

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead strategic thinking & new business
* Translate business and marketing challenges into clear, compelling, social-first strategies.
* Take the strategic lead on high-impact pitches and new business opportunities, especially for larger and more complex prospects.
* Structure and deliver strategic decks that convince clients and inspire, educate and elevate your direct team.
* Be involved early in key sales conversations, bringing depth, clarity and confidence to the table.
Turn "social-first" into a real, sellable methodology
* Help transform Socialsky's intuition and expertise into structured and measurable strategic approaches.
* Strengthen the strategic layer behind content, trends, insights and data.
* Support the development of social-first systems combining content, influence, paid
* media and performance.
* Ensure that strategy is clear, intentional and rooted in reasoning. Not personal taste.
Infuse strategy across the agency
* Act as a strategic reference point for Account, Studio, Ads, Influence and Community teams.
* Help your direct team grow existing clients by identifying new strategic and business opportunities.
* Elevate the overall strategic maturity of the agency through collaboration, inspiration and hands-on involvement.
Represent and embody Socialsky
* Be one of the strategic faces of the agency at events, talks, conferences and industry moments.
* Actively strenghten Socialsky's visibility and positioning, including thought leadership on platforms like LinkedIn.
* Support initiatives such as awards cases, new service launches and other strategic projects.
Be a trusted sparring partner
* Work closely with both CEOs in a dual-reporting setup.
* Be part of a growing leadership team and play an important role in shaping decisions
* that impact the present and future of the agency.
* Act as an entrepreunarial builder, not a spectator, in a company that's still writing its
* story.

RECRUITMENT JOURNEY
* Round 1 – First conversation with 21 grams (90 minutes, online)
A warm and in-depth conversation with Jessica, our recruitment partner at 21 grams, to explore your background, mindset and ambitions and to share more about Socialsky, its culture and the role.
* Round 2 – Meeting with the co-CEOs (75 minutes, on-site in Brussels or Antwerp)
An open face-to-face discussion about your experience, vision and how you could contribute to Socialsky's next chapter. A great opportunity to discover the agency from the inside.
* Round 3 – Case study preparation and presentation (60 minutes, on-site in Brussels or Antwerp)
You'll receive a case with a few specific questions and about a week to prepare. You'll present your approach and recommendations directly to the co-CEOs. It's not about perfection, it's about how you think, structure and move forward.
* Round 4 – Coffee with colleagues
An informal moment to connect with future teammates, explore chemistry and alignment, and make sure this feels like the right next step on both sides.
