We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support to end users, manage IT incidents and service requests, and support local IT projects within a global organisation.
Responsibilitie
* sProvide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issue
* sTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and service request
* sDeploy, upgrade, and refresh laptops and PC
* sSupport local IT projects and technology rollout
* sWork closely with infrastructure and support team

* ts3-5 years' experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Service Delive
* ryStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 3
