We are looking for a Learning Services Lead who is collaborative, forward‑thinking, and service‑oriented to join our Talent (Human Resources) team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead the global lifecycle and continuous improvement of our learning services and digital learning platforms. You will ensure that learning operations run smoothly, compliantly, and consistently across all countries. By simplifying processes, harmonising ways of working, and enabling data‑driven decisions, you will play a key role in creating an excellent learning experience for all employees.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a global team that partners closely with Talent, Learning, Digital Technology, Quality, Procurement, and business stakeholders. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external service partners to deliver reliable, scalable learning services. You will also guide a team of internal and outsourced colleagues who support daily operations.
What you’ll do
• Lead the global operations of learning services, ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations with external partners to meet service level expectations and continuous improvement goals.
• Manage global digital learning platforms, ensuring reliable processes, validated systems, and smooth enhancements.
• Ensure learning systems operate smoothly and remain fully compliant with GxP requirements
• Drive service improvements, data‑driven insights, automation opportunities, and user‑experience optimisation.
• Guide and develop team members, ensuring strong collaboration and a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Coordinate global ways of working, governance, and process alignment across markets and functional partners.

• Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in learning operations or global HR service environments.
• Proven expertise managing end‑to‑end learning services, operating models, governance, and service standards.
• Experience working with enterprise learning platforms and service management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions and improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in global environments.
• Experience leading teams, developing capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
