Product Assortment & Data Specialist

What will you be doing at our company?
Our PADS see their job divided into three parts:

Product:
* You are the point of contact for your product lines within the MP (BE-NL-FR) organization.
* You will be in daily contact with our suppliers, keeping you up to date with all the latest developments concerning your product lines and the products that belong to them.
* You have the right relationships with suppliers so that you can answer administrative and technical questions from customers or internally as quickly as possible.
* You share important product information with the sales teams, inform logistics if necessary, and work with marketing to keep our customers informed.
* You are responsible for monitoring orders for your product lines and making adjustments where necessary.

Product range
* Within your product lines, you are responsible for continuously adding new products to the range. You analyze whether these new products are suitable for the markets in which we operate before stocking them.
* To do this, you analyze the market and use software programs to help you (TecAlliance).
* Every year, you will also carry out stock cleaning in consultation with suppliers in order to return unsold goods.

Data:
* You will create new products in our ERP system and ensure that all product parameters are correct (the family to which a product belongs, packaging unit, EAN code, Intrastat, etc.).
What are we looking for in you?
* Keen insight and an analytical mindset.
* Excellent command of Excel.
* Good communication skills in English, Dutch, and/or French.
* Knowledge of the various tecAlliance programs (TECDOC, TECPMA, TECCMD, etc.).
* If you don't have any knowledge yet, that's okay. We are looking for someone who has obtained a professional bachelor's degree.
* Commercial communication skills: the ability to make the connection between Motor-Parts and your suppliers.
* Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket is a nice plus.
