About The Role
We are looking for a Mid–Senior Data Scientist to work hands-on with one of our key clients: a large hospitality chain. You will be embedded with the client team, acting as a technical and analytical partner for pricing, revenue optimization, and AI initiatives.
Beyond building models, you will help shape the roadmap, define priorities, and translate business strategy into deployable data science solutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and seeing their work directly affect real business outcomes.

What You Will Do
* Develop custom AI solutions end-to-end, from problem framing and modeling to production deployment—turning business strategy into real operating systems.
* Own and evolve pricing and revenue optimization models (forecasting, elasticity, dynamic pricing).
* Work with client stakeholders to identify value opportunities, define use cases, and prioritize initiatives.
* Design pricing strategies and analytical approaches, not just models.
* Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate impact and guide decision-making.
* Translate strategic discussions into concrete data science roadmaps and implementations.
* Build and maintain data pipelines and model workflows in cloud-based environments.
* Act as a trusted partner to pricing, revenue, and operations teams, balancing business constraints with technical rigor.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
* Strong experience in Data Science (forecasting, ML, optimization).
* Excellent Python skills, with production-quality standards. Other languages are a plus.
* Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
* Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or controlled experiments.
* Background in pricing, demand forecasting, or revenue management.
* Ability to discuss, plan, and shape analytical solutions with non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluent in both English and Spanish (minimum B2 in each), able to operate professionally in a bilingual, client-facing environment.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience in hospitality, travel, airlines, or similar industries with perishable inventory.
* Client-facing, consulting, or embedded-team experience.
* Familiarity with data orchestration, experimentation platforms, or analytics tooling.

* Location: Barcelona or willing to relocate
