✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and define data requirements
* Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
* Develop advanced SQL scripts to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources
* Apply statistical and analytical techniques to forecast performance and support decision-making
* Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Work with engineering and architecture teams to develop automated data solutions
* Deliver insights and reports in an agile environment, ensuring timely and accurate outputs
* Create clear, concise summaries of analytical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Engage with all levels of the organization, from junior staff to senior leadership
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English (C1)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
* Proven experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
* Solid understanding of financial services and key metrics
* Knowledge of statistics and change management processes
* Strong analytical thinking
* Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (highly valuable)
* Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards (highly valuable)
* Awareness of records management and data lifecycle policies (highly valuable)
