You’ll help move the region toward a scalable, systems‑enabled model that supports Hologic’s continued growth. /pbrpYou’ll also lead a small team and work closely with global trade compliance leadership, playing a key role in shaping the future of the function. /pbrpbYour responsibilities will include: /b /pbrpLeading the development and execution of the EMEA trade compliance strategy, aligning regional execution with global policy and priorities /pbrpDriving the implementation and optimisation of Global Trade Management systems, partnering closely with IT and global teams /pbrpEmbedding trade compliance processes into system workflows to improve automation, visibility and control /pbrpEstablishing consistent regional practices for import/export compliance, tariff classification, country of origin determination and export control classification /pbrpOverseeing restricted party screening, end‑use due diligence and export transaction reviews /pbrpManaging relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders and external advisors, ensuring compliant and efficient cross‑border operations /pbrpIdentifying opportunities to leverage preferential trade programs and duty mitigation strategies /pbrpPartnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and Commercial teams to integrate compliance into operational processes /pbrpSupporting audits, regulatory inquiries and governance frameworks across the region /pbrpDeveloping KPIs, dashboards and reporting to track compliance performance and risk trends /pbrpBuilding regional capability by coaching teams, supporting stakeholders and fostering a strong culture of compliance /pbrpbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pbrpWe’re seeking a trade compliance professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong process and systems thinking. /pbrpbYou will bring: /b /pbrpExperience in trade compliance, global trade operations, or a related field /pbrpExpertise across import compliance, tariff classification, valuation, export controls and screening /pbrpExperience implementing or operating Global Trade Management systems (Oracle GTM, SAP GTS, or similar) /pbrpExperience working across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks /pbrpProven success driving cross‑functional initiatives and process standardisation /pbrpExperience working with customs brokers, logistics providers and internal operational teams /pbrpbIt would be advantageous if you have: /b /pbrpExperience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries /pbrpExposure to automation, analytics or digital transformation initiatives /pbrpProfessional certifications in customs, trade compliance or supply chain /pbrpbWhy Join Hologic? /b /pbrpAt Hologic, you’ll be part of a company where your work directly supports innovations that improve and save lives.
