The Role We are hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy production-ready LLM agents that power our AI platform. You will own the development of agentic systems, from building the multi-agent architecture to developing all required tools and prompts. What you’ll do Build production-ready LLM agents with multi-step reasoning and tool use Design and implement agentic workflows using Pydantic AI Integrate LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) into customer-facing features Develop AI-powered automations for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Chrome Your Profile Experience & Background 1+ years of software engineering experience with a strong AI focus Experience building or deploying LLM-based systems in production Background in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience Fluent in English Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for AI backend development Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) and their APIs Experience designing multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation methods Experience building APIs and scalable backend systems Familiarity with tool use, function calling, and structured outputs in LLMs Mindset Ship fast : You build quickly, test in production, and iterate Owner mentality : You take full ownership of systems you build Pragmatic : You balance cutting-edge AI with reliability and usability Curious : You stay up to date with the fast-evolving LLM ecosystem User-focused : You build systems that solve real workflows, not demos Why join us ?
