About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a freelance assignment with our client, driving innovation in both public and private sector projects. You'll join a dynamic team of forward-thinking engineers, leveraging Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop end-to-end solutions using .NET Core, C#,, Angular, and Azure.
* Architect and implement RESTful and WebSocket APIs, as well as microservices.
* Integrate third-party SDKs and cloud components into robust applications.
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
* Embed AI components into existing and new applications.
* Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with XUnit, Moq, and Selenium.
* Lead and coach development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Work in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
* Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and clean code principles.
Technical Skills
* Minimum 6 years of experience in software development with Microsoft .NET.
* Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
* Strong hands-on experience with, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and SQL Server.
* Solid understanding of relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core.
* Experience with Python and Bash scripting.
* Demonstrated ability to set up and test RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
* CI/CD pipeline management with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
* Passion for AI, design patterns, and clean code.
Other Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience leading development teams and coaching developers.
* Proven ability to execute programming assignments efficiently: coding, testing, debugging.
* Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, including taking on a leadership role.
* Ability to sign and comply with IT-Code and NDA (documents required upon application).
* Freelance contract: 12 months, with possible extension.
* Remote/hybrid work options available.
* Full-time engagement (100%).
Language Proficiency
* Fluency in Dutch at European CEFR level C2 is required.
