We are currently looking for an experienced Release & Change Manager for a large international financial organization operating in a regulated and ITIL‑driven environment.
End‑to‑end ownership of Change & Release Management across both project‑related and BAU activities
Close collaboration with IT Managers, application teams and external service providers
Coordination, risk assessment and validation of changes and releases
Ensuring process compliance, quality and operational readiness
Actively challenging suppliers on procedures, reliability and delivery
Acting as backup Incident Manager, including coordination of major incidents, communication and post‑incident follow‑up
Contributing to governance, audits, KPIs, SLAs and continuous process improvement initiatives
Documenting and improving ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident)
Senior, hands‑on Change & Release Manager
Strong background in ITIL environments
Comfortable in operational and governance‑oriented contexts
Ability to operate calmly and decisively in high‑pressure situations
