In this role, you will drive sell-out growth, customer engagement and brand visibility across veterinary and (e-)retail channels in the Benelux. You will act as the key link between marketing and sales, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed in the field. What You Will Do Develop and execute local trade marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial strategy Translate campaigns into customer-focused activations (POS, promotions, sales tools) Support sales teams with tools, messaging and campaign roll-out Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across Benelux Analyse market data and campaign performance to optimise ROI Identify local opportunities and turn them into actionable initiatives Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of marketing materials Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory and supply teams What You Bring 2–5 years' experience in trade marketing, field marketing or commercial marketing Strong project management and organisational skills Hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus Why Animalcare?
