We are looking for a hands-on Controlling Manager ad interim to support our organization during a period of change. In this role, you will:
* Drive business controlling activities with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
* Provide financial insights and ensure accurate reporting to support decision-making.
* Lead and coach a small team of 2 BI consultants, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
* Act as a key partner to management in navigating transformation and ensuring financial stability.
Profile:
* Strong experience in business controlling and financial analysis.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and deliver results under time pressure.
* Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality.
