You will contribute to turning complex data into clear insights, strong data models, and reporting solutions that people can actually use. You will lead the delivery of our BI projects, working end‑to‑end across the full reporting lifecycle and taking ownership of solution design, from defining the data model and architecture to ensuring performance, governance, and long‑term maintainability. /p pYou will coach and support colleagues in best practices for modeling, DAX, visualization, and deployment, and you will help shape the structure and quality of the BI environment for our clients. Collaboration with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders is essential for creating scalable, user‑friendly, and impactful reporting solutions. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of BI experience, including 3+ years of hands‑on Power BI expertise. /li liExperience delivering end‑to‑end Power BI solutions: modeling, DAX, transformations, visualization, and deployment. /li liStrong understanding of scalable, performant models and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. /li liConfidence in collaborating with business stakeholders and translating needs into clear KPIs and reporting logic. /li liOwnership of solution design and quality, with a passion for coaching colleagues. /li liProficiency with Power BI Service, including workspace management, dataset governance, deployment, sharing, and Row‑Level Security (RLS). /li liExperience with external Power BI tools such as Tabular Editor and DAX Studio. /li liEffective communication with Data Engineers and understanding of modern data platform concepts. /li liKnowledge of Azure, Databricks, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus. /li liAdding your dashboards or portfolio to the application is a plus. /li liProficiency in English and Dutch and/or French. /li /ul h3What We Can Offer You /h3 pAs part of the Data Visualization Practice within the Data AI team, you will grow your expertise in Power BI, Fabric, Azure, and Tableau.
