The Job
La Lorraine Bakery Group has a strategic program for Sales & Distribution to be ready for LLBG's future ambitions and growth. To tackle these ambitious projects, the team will be expanding. As Business Analyst Sales & Distribution you take the lead of the technical and process landscape within the domain of Customer Operations. You will dive head first into the existing SAP SD implementation and take ownership of future configuration, changes, and roll-outs. You will be responsible for relating business needs to concrete technical solutions, combining functional analysis with technical expertise to design, customise, and implement changes, new features, updated processes, and so on.
Tasks include:
* You are the IT business partner for Customer Operations; which include order-to-invoice, sales reporting, stock control, and so forth.
* You take the lead in technical and functional projects in close collaboration with the other track leads and business stakeholders. You manage all aspects, end-to-end, of the project to make it a success (project management, blueprint, validation with the business, owner IT specifications, implementation, testing, documentation, training).
* You are responsible for the continued improvement of the systems and business processes in your domain. You analyse the needs and requirements of key users and organize this information into action plans with proposed solutions. You implement, configure, and roll-out these solutions and changes within the IT application in line with La Lorraine’s best practice model.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with proven experience leading ERP projects. A strong understanding of SAP SD (both technical and functional) is essential, and familiarity with Finance and/or Controlling is a great advantage. This person will demonstrate a genuine interest in all aspects of sales and distribution, combining an analytical mindset with hands-on experience. He/She should have a proactive, pragmatical approach, be result and goal-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines, and possess excellent service and communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders. The candidate will enjoy knowledge sharing, effectively communicating with diverse audiences, and be eager to expand their expertise across different domains. Experience in change management is considered a plus, and a willingness to travel regularly (up to 15%) to other offices is expected.
