Jobomschrijving As an experienced Online Category Manager, you will be responsible for the online customer journey of one of our four sport domains. You will work closely with the marketing team, contribute to setting up campaigns to grow your sport, and manage your sport's online environment. In essence, you will run your own online store. You will be given significant responsibility and freedom to grow your sport. Through dashboards, you'll discover what works well, and in collaboration with your colleagues, you'll make adjustments to optimize the customer experience. You will translate the national marketing strategy and develop a content strategy based on it. In addition to being responsible for the sales performance (results) of your sport (store), you will also be responsible for the customer journey post-purchase, including advice, upsell & cross-sell, and retention. As an Online Category Manager, you will ensure the optimal digital customer experience for your sport domain. In summary, you will be responsible for: Customer journeys within your sport domain. Business performance (sales, returns, & margin). Developing a content marketing plan. Utilizing marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue for your sport. Supporting the implementation of circular economy models.
