More concretely, based on data and analysis: Optimize navigation: categories, tree structure, offer, filters, cross-selling, how to choose”, content, etc. Improve SEO: Keywords research, H1, titles, meta descriptions, optimized content, internal linking, etc. Optimize internal search engine: relevance of search results.
