As a Sales Support & Customer Service, you play a key role in supporting our commercial team and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality customer experience. You guide clients and colleagues throughout the entire process - from technical information gathering to quotation and order follow‑up - so that every project runs efficiently and accurately.Your responsibilities include:
* Ensuring a seamless process from quotation to order, guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction.
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and serving as an internal ambassador for their needs.
* Preparing accurate and complete quotations in close collaboration with customers, collecting all technical and commercial information, and clarifying the proposed solution.
* Supporting the sales team by providing technical input, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring correct routing of requests.
* Interpreting plans and gathering the necessary technical details to enter into the configurator.
* Creating basic technical drawings when required by the product or project.
* Verifying data, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring all information is correct before processing.
* Working with the sales team to ensure correct pricing and margin realization.
* Detecting system errors, stock issues, or missing information and proactively proposing solutions.
* Collaborating closely with other departments (logistics, technical, sales) to continuously improve the customer experience.
We are looking for a Sales support & Customer Service candidate that :
* You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
* You have experience or a strong interest in the construction sector, and you bring proven expertise in Sales Support, Customer Service, or After‑Sales.
* You have a basic understanding of drawing software (e.g., CAD, Inventor); hands‑on experience is a plus.
* You are customer‑focused, commercially minded, and driven to deliver high‑quality service.
* You work in a structured, solution‑oriented way and enjoy being a central point of contact.
* You are a strong communicator who can handle challenging situations and guide them to a positive outcome.
* Experience with ERP systems (Navision, AX, Dynamics D365, SAP…) is an asset.
* You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of CRM tools.
* You speak Dutch fluently, have a good command of French, and a basic knowledge of English.
