We are looking for a dynamic Compensation Benefits Professional to join our HR team at our headquarters in Mortsel, Belgium. In this role, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives both locally and globally. You'll work closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and external partners to deliver solutions that attract, reward, and retain our talent. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Reward, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our global CB strategies. Support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation benefits programs at both global and local levels. Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure our reward structures remain competitive. Manage and contribute to compensation benefits projects, including annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits harmonization. Use advanced Excel skills to build, maintain, and improve data models, dashboards, and reporting tools. Provide analytical insights and recommendations based on compensation data and market trends. Translate analytics into actionable insights and clear reports. Collaborate with local and international HR teams, business leaders and external consultants on CB related projects and audits. Ensure legal compliance in compensation benefits policies and practices for Belgium and applicable international markets. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, presenting findings and proposals clearly and convincingly. Support negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements and legislative changes. Stay updated on the latest developments in reward, focussing on innovation and optimisation. We're looking for a hands on Compensation Benefits Professional who is not only skilled but also passionate about working with numbers and driving people focused strategies through data driven insights. What we expect: 2 to 5 years of experience in a Compensation Benefits role or similar analytical role. Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical mindset you love working with numbers and drawing meaningful conclusions from data. Proven advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling). Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines. Knowledge of (Belgian) pension legislation and pension funds is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. A proactive, hands on attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to both local and global HR initiatives.
