operating five state-of-the-art facilities in key locations such as Diegem, Aalst, Antwerp, Huizingen, and Gembloux. They specialize in secure colocation, connectivity, and cloud services for a wide range of businesses.
Job Description
* Maintain and optimise electrical installations, HVAC and power systems across data center facilities.
* Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives from planning through execution.
* Conduct preventive tasks and reactive fixes to minimise downtime.
* Support safe and efficient technical operations while reducing operational costs.
* Partner with project leadership on upgrades and expansions.
* Uphold rigorous standards for quality, safety, security, and environmental impact.
* Report to the infrastructure manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's in industrial engineering, electromechanics, or related field.
* Solid hands-on experience with electrical systems and/or HVAC in critical environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, airports).
* Strong analytical problem-solver who can organise complex work independently.
* Proactive, initiative-taking attitude with clear communication skills.
* Comfortable working with basic AutoCAD or similar engineering tools.
* Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation schedule.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Effective collaborator with customers, partners, and internal teams.
