Join us as our next Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

Context:
Lansweeper has entered a new phase of growth—and it’s time to focus.
Historically, we operated with full-cycle Account Executives. As our customer base has grown in both size and complexity, we now need dedicated Account Managers to focus on expansion, retention, and reducing churn.
We’ve already added three to the team—now we’re seeking another experienced SaaS Account Manager to manage our Enterprise-level clients.

Lansweeper has transformed from a traditional IT Asset Management tool into a modern, cloud-first Technology Intelligence Platform.
While many enterprises still know us for our unmatched IT/OT/IoT discovery capabilities, the real value now lies in our data-driven insights and intelligence engine.


Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Relationship Management

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in global enterprise environments—including beyond core IT teams.

* Become a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients embed Lansweeper into their IT and security vision.

* Empower internal product advocates (“champions”) within accounts to strengthen relationships and create new expansion opportunities.

* Drive consistent customer value realization to support satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Revenue Expansion & Solution Selling

* Proactively identify areas for upsell and cross-sell across the client footprint.

* Lead value-based sales conversations, connecting product capabilities to customer challenges.

* Work cross-functionally to align development, success, and marketing efforts to account priorities.

Strategic Sales Execution

* Apply a consultative sales approach rooted in business value to uncover and address customer pain points.

* Partner with commercial teams to deliver strategic upsell cases and identify pricing uplift opportunities.

* Leverage established methodologies (SPICED, MEDDPICC, etc.) to frame deals around measurable impact.

Operational Excellence

* Forecast account growth and renewals with accuracy, aligning commercial plans to client priorities.

* Manage enterprise processes like procurement, legal, and IT compliance with efficiency.

* Engage internal stakeholders (Marketing, Channel, Success) to design initiatives that drive account penetration and opportunity creation.


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

* SaaS Sales Experience: Deep experience in Account Management, customer expansion, and retention, preferably in a B2B SaaS context.

* Consultative Sales Skills: You can uncover client needs and connect them to product solutions with confidence.

* Stakeholder Engagement: You're experienced in building trust at all levels, including executive/C-level partnerships.

* Excellent Communicator: Skilled at clear, persuasive presentations and value framing.

* Analytical Approach: You use data to guide conversations, identify growth levers, and report on success metrics.

* Agility & Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving SaaS companies and easily adapt to change.

* Software Sales Background: Previous experience in tech or SaaS is essential.
