What is the Graduate Development Program (GDP)?
The GDP is a two-year program designed to launch your career and accelerate your development within UCB. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects and gain a comprehensive view of how our organization works to deliver value for patients.
Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate with different teams, with exposure to areas such as Learning & Development, Internal Communication, Data & Insights and Learning Operations, among others.
While being fully supported through dedicated coaching from your manager and the extensive UCB resources, you will be encouraged to explore new ideas, test approaches and learn from experience. Not every experiment will succeed—and that is part of the learning process. You will have the opportunity to pilot ideas, experiment with tools and approaches, gather feedback and continuously improve the way we design and communicate learning experiences
By the end of the program, you’ll have contributed to driving communication for the Learning portfolio and supporting UCB’s growth culture, as well as building strong professional capabilities, such as stakeholder & project management skills.
As part of UCB’s Early Talent community, you’ll also connect with peers through workshops, site visits, and networking events that enrich your learning and broaden your perspective.
What you need to join – Mandatory requirements
