Missions and Responsibilities
* Advise on a wide range of employment law matters, including compliance, contracts, restructurings, collective labour law, compensation & benefits, and international mobility
* Support transactional employment work, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
* Handle conflict management matters, including negotiations and litigation
* Conduct legal research and provide strategic analyses aligned with Belgian and EU employment law
The Ideal Profile
* 1 to 5 years of experience in Employment Law (Belgium)
* Master's degree in Law from a Belgian university
* Excellent command of English and Dutch, with very good French
* Team player with an open and entrepreneurial mindset
