About the role
Do you enjoy structure, numbers and accuracy?
In this role, you are the link between our finance department, colleagues, customers and suppliers, both in Belgium and abroad.
Together with your team, you make sure everything runs smoothly: from invoicing and reporting to payment follow-up and solving questions.
Duties:
1. Process and verify invoices, turnover and costs for Belgium, the Netherlands and other countries
2. Follow up on outstanding payments and invoice-related queries from customers and vendors
3. Support month-end closing and prepare financial reports
4. Maintain and update data in our systems
5. Work closely with colleagues and partners to resolve administrative and financial issues
Are you the perfect fit?
6. A keen eye for detail and a structured way of working
7. Several years of experience in an administrative or financial position
8. Strong communication skills in (Dutch) and English, both written and spoken
9. Experience with invoicing and bookkeeping
10. Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
11. Confident user of Microsoft Office and digital systems
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and adapt to change
