Project Manager (Nuclear Decommissioning)
* You manage domestic and international fixed-price decommissioning projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
* You lead internal and external communication throughout project execution and during negotiations for additional scope.
* You coordinate consortiums and partners from the offer phase through contract execution.
* You define execution strategies and prepare cost estimates for new projects.
* You use and support project management systems to provide accurate and up-to-date reporting to senior management.
* You resolve complex technical, commercial, and regulatory issues to ensure high-quality project delivery.
* You negotiate with customers and suppliers to secure profitable contracts and manage contractual changes.
* You promote a strong culture of nuclear, industrial, and operational safety across all projects.
Profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
* You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear industry.
* You hold a PMI certification or an equivalent project management credential.
* You have proven experience in developing and implementing new business opportunities.
* You are business fluent in English and French or English and Flemish.
