🐕What type of breed are we looking for?

You are the face of Edgard & Cooper in Wallonie Méridionale and Luxemburg. That means you are out there every day, visiting independent pet specialty stores and building the kind of relationships that actually stick. You take ownership of an existing customer base and grow it, one conversation at a time. About 95% of your time is on the road; the rest is yours to plan, prep and report from home.
This is not a role where you follow a script. You read your customers, spot opportunities and bring creative solutions to the table. If something is not working, you say so and help fix it. That is the E&C way.


🍵What is in your bowl?

You manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers in your region, making sure they feel supported and inspired to give Edgard & Cooper more shelf space. You are the first point of contact when something needs attention, and the first one to spot when there is room to do more. Concretely, you:

* Nurture and strengthen relationships with your existing accounts through regular visits and honest conversations.

* Introduce new products and promotions to your customers and help them understand why their shoppers will love them.

* Follow up proactively after sales to make sure everything lands well and loyalty grows.

* Spot gaps and opportunities in your territory and flag them to your Field Sales Manager.

* Work closely with the broader BeLux sales team to share what you see on the ground.


🤹What skills and tricks should you bring

* You have 2 to 3 years of field sales experience and you genuinely enjoy being on the road.

* You are fluent in French. English is your working language for internal communication. Knowledge of German is a plus for the Luxemburg part of your territory.

* You know how to build trust quickly and maintain it over time.

* You are structured, self-driven and good at managing your own time without someone looking over your shoulder.

* You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable spending most of your working week in the field.

* You care about what you sell. Our products are good, and you believe in them.

* 4 legs and a tail? Still just kidding. Nobody is purrfect.
