ABOUT THE JOB
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you :
* Act as process owner for all recruitment activities, manage and optimize the ATS, and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists across different countries to guarantee consistent and high-quality practices worldwide.
* Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to advise on talent strategies, balancing immediate business priorities with long-term cultural and organization goals.
* Act as experienced recruiter, managing the most complex, strategic hirings yourself.
* Lead employer branding initiatives, stay ahead of labor market trends, and develop expertise to position VYNCKE as an authentic employer internationally.
* Build and maintain a strong external network, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations. You are on top of the latest best practices & technologies.
ABOUT YOU
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
* Hold a master's degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
* Have at least 7 years of in-house recruitment experience, including 3 years in international recruitment and experience managing a team.
* Have strong knowledge of common recruitment methods, sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques and employer branding initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates in a clear, timely and respectful way.
* Be fluent in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a plus.
Be open to collaborating on either an indefinite employment contract or a service agreement.
