A fast-growing and highly innovative medical technology company is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager – Urology to build and develop its urology business across Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

You will take ownership of the urology business across Belgium and Luxembourg, developing and executing a regional strategy to introduce and grow an innovative surgical technology platform.Working closely with clinical stakeholders and internal teams, you will establish the company as a trusted partner for urologists and hospital decision-makers, driving both capital equipment placements and recurring consumable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic plan to launch and grow the urology portfolio in the regionIdentify and prioritise target hospitals, clinics, and key accountsDrive product adoption through structured account penetration plansBuild a strong pipeline from clinical evaluation through to commercial adoptionManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, evaluations, tenders, negotiation, and closingAchieve and exceed regional sales targetsEstablish long-term partnerships that drive recurring disposable revenueBuild strong relationships with urologists, department heads, theatre managers, procurement teams, and hospital leadershipIdentify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the regionSupport clinical education and product training initiativesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement dynamicsProvide structured feedback to marketing and leadership teamsSupport regional pricing and go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking For:5+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in urologyProven success launching new technologies or entering new marketsExperience selling capital equipment and consumablesStrong understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes in Belgium and LuxembourgFrench and Dutch speaking is essential required. English required
