The Nexans Network Solutions division Euromold in Erembodegem is part of the Business Unit Power Distribution Cables & Accessories and employs around 350 people. Euromold is the number one in Europe in the field of connectors, and also offers innovative products such as compact connectors and joints for wind turbines, on- and offshore switchgear, and smart measuring sensors. In this role as Payroll Specialist: You ensure accurate payroll processing in eBlox and manage time registration in ProTime You optimize various hard HR processes and advise colleagues and managers on social legislation You are the HR point of contact for employees and managers regarding hard HR-related questions You collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners such as SD Worx, Securex, Agoria, and the RVA You are responsible for accurate HR administration and contribute to hard HR projects You prepare HR reports and act as a sounding board for the HR Manager You are part of an HR team of three colleagues and report directly to the HR Manager Bachelor's or Master's degree Extensive experience in complex payroll and HR administration (both blue- and white-collar employees) HR experience in a production environment is a plus Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused In-depth knowledge of social legislation and HR administration A natural interest in implementing various soft and hard HR projects People-minded and a true team player A ...
