To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Administration Officer M/F to act as the key link between Sales, Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply Chain, ensuring products meet customer needs and market requirements.
Your Role
As a Sales Administration Officer, you will manage product information, support the sales team, and coordinate sourcing and supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Product & Sourcing Management: Define product requirements, manage RFQs for Europe and Asia, handle pre-production samples, and ensure technical sheets and labels are complete.
* Sales Support: Provide product expertise to the sales team, respond to customer inquiries, assist in resolving product claims, and support commercial decisions.
* Pricing & Commercial Administration: Maintain price grids, assist with repricing, analyze product data, and provide support for commercial decisions.
* Stock & Supply Chain Support: Monitor inventory, follow up on orders, manage delays and claims, and support quality checks and shipment clearsance.
Your Profile
* Higher education with relevant experience in a B2B environment, preferably in textiles.
* Independent, organized, curious, and collaborative, comfortable in an international context.
* Languages: English and Dutch.
