Nexeo is looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst – Cash Management
Join a global Cash Management Competence Center and drive the development of corporate cash management products.
What you’ll do:
* Define the product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
* Prioritize and manage the Product Backlog to ensure delivery of key business needs.
* Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Process teams to coordinate the “demand to delivery” process.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders to guarantee alignment and customer satisfaction.
* Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth Agile delivery.
What we’re looking for:
* 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in project-driven environments.
* Strong agile methodology experience and ability to work with IT, Operations, and business teams.
* Experience in banking, payments, or treasury preferred; SEPA Direct Debits knowledge is a plus.
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Languages: French (native), English (fluent), Dutch a plus.
Work setup: Hybrid – 50% on site / 50% remote
