Job Overview
As a Junior Digital Workspace Support Engineer, you will provide onsite IT support for end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile phones. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment that values customer focus and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver technical support through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the IT ticketing system.
5. Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
6. Participate in service improvement and automation initiatives.
7. Ensure adherence to IT security guidelines and best practices.
8. Assist with onboarding and training of new colleagues.

You will succeed in this role if you:
9. Are a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to deliver high-quality IT support.
10. Are a native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
11. Have a proactive attitude, a “Can Do” spirit, and a professional mindset.
12. Are well-organized, action-oriented, and an excellent listener.
13. Have strong analytical skills to understand and address user needs.
14. Are responsible, proactive, and not afraid to take on challenges.

Qualifications
18. Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
19. Previous IT experience is a plus, but not required (entry-level candidates welcome!).
20. Familiarity with service desk tools such as ServiceNow is an advantage.
21. Full-time availability at our physical service desk.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
22. Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge.
23. Experience with Microsoft tools, particularly Teams and SharePoint.

27. You have at least less than 3 years of professional experiences in IT
28. If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
