In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality HR guidance through resolution.
* Strengthen the employee experience by providing clear coaching across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
* Promote fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and local legislation across all functions and teams.
* Support positive employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employment matters.
* Enable efficient HR service delivery by supporting seamless, end-to-end solutions aligned with regional and sub-regional needs.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal HR partners, managers, and employees to drive effective outcomes.
* Amplify the voice of employees and managers by sharing insights and feedback with the right stakeholders.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex, high-volume inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
* Ability to navigate sensitive situations, manage conflict constructively, and make sound, timely decisions.
* Clear and adaptable communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 4–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferred.
* Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and payroll processes is a must
* Knowledge of French and or Dutch labor legislation and payroll processes is an asset
* Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes is also a must.
* Experience to work in a corporate environment is recommended
