Description: You will be responsible for delivering excellent
post-sales support at customer sites—installing, maintaining, and
repairing high-tech systems in hospitals, laboratories, and
healthcare institutions. You’ll ensure optimal equipment
performance, directly impacting healthcare quality and outcomes.
What you’ll do - Install, configure, and maintain advanced
laboratory equipment at customer locations. - Troubleshoot
technical issues, both on-site and remotely, ensuring rapid and
effective solutions. - Provide proactive advice on preventive
maintenance and system optimization. - Deliver professional
customer service and build long-term client relationships. -
Collaborate with colleagues across technical and support teams. -
Travel regionally and occasionally internationally for training and
technical meetings. Requirements: - You recently graduated/will
graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics,
or Biomedical Engineering or in a related field. - You live in the
Charleroi or Namur area and are comfortable commuting to customer
sites in the region. - You’re a hands-on problem-solver who thrives
in dynamic, real-world environments. - You’re customer-oriented and
enjoy direct interaction with healthcare professionals. - You are
fluent in French, have a good command of English (technical
documentation and training), and are open to improving your Dutch
if needed. - Knowledge of IT/network infrastructure is a plus. -
You’re open to working flexible hours and participating in an
