Light Steering Operator

Functie: Light Steering operator (ploeg)
Je staat in voor de montage, het testen en de afregeling van fijne mechanische, elektronische en optische componenten voor onze nieuwe light steering projector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van jouw afgewerkte optische module.
Verantwoordelijkheden
1. Je inspecteert de ontvangen componenten en bereidt jouw werkplaats voor op de montage ervan.
2. Aan de hand van de werkinstructies monteer je de (vaak dure & gevoelige) fijne mechanische, optische & elektronische componenten.
3. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte optische modules. Je controleert ze visueel, regelt ze af en test ze.
4. Je bedient complexe assemblage- en afregelmachines.
5. Gedurende het montageproces, voer je de nodige afregelingen uit van de optische systemen. Je doet dit met de nodige precisie, want deze zijn kritisch voor een perfecte beeldvorming.
6. Je bereidt samen met de andere operatoren in je afdeling de werkplanning voor en je voert deze uit. Je signaliseert verstoringen aan de line supervisor en de planner.
7. Je borgt dat de materiaalverbruiken correct gebeuren en signaleert eventuele afwijkingen.
Jouw profiel
8. Je werkt in twee ploegen (vroeg/laat).
9. Je werkt graag met fijne materialen en beschikt over een fijne motoriek.
10. Ervaring in montage en/of afregeling van optische componenten.
11. Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent kwaliteitsbewust.
12. Je bent leergierig en in staat om verschillende assembly’s aan te leren.
13. Je bent een echte teamplayer.
14. Je bent flexibel en bereid om nu en dan bij te springen in andere afdelingen.
15. Je kan vlot communiceren en kennis van Engels is een plus.
