Business Controller – Ghent, BelgiumWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Controller to strengthen our Finance team within a dynamic, technology-driven environment based in the Ghent Region .
In this role, you will act as a key financial partner to senior management and cross-functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making through robust analysis, accurate reporting, and forward-looking insights.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesAnalyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, margins, and cost structuresPerform scenario and profitability analyses to support business initiativesContribute to process optimization and continuous improvement of financial reportingSupport digitalization and automation initiatives within the finance functionEnsure data integrity across ERP and reporting systems
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalentMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysisAdvanced proficiency in Excel; Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insightsA strategic role with direct impact on business performanceClose collaboration with senior leadershipA modern, data-driven working environment
