Handle price requests from internal stakeholders including warehouse, maintenance, and plant teams.

Place and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Manage contract creation and compliance using the internal CRM system.

Verify and process invoices, ensuring alignment with agreed terms.
*
Maintain accurate purchasing administration and support continuous process improvement.
Freelance Procurement Officer
1.
Higher degree in logistics, administration, or a commercial field, or equivalent experience.
2.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
3.
Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
4.
Detail-oriented, assertive, and analytical, with strong communication skills.
5.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
