What you'll be doing
Act as the primary point of contact for all things data-related, bridging technical teams and business stakeholdersDefine and prioritize the data product roadmap in alignment with business goalsGather, analyze, and document data requirements from stakeholdersCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design and deliver data solutionsOversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data products (e.g., dashboards, models, APIs)Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standardsMonitor the performance of data products and drive continuous improvementsCommunicate insights and the value of data products to non-technical stakeholdersStay informed about industry trends and innovations in data technology
Skills & qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, or in a similar role focused on dataStrong understanding of data pipelines, data engineering, and analytics toolsExperience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)Familiarity with data governance and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmapStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teamsAnalytical mindset with a focus on solving business problems using dataFluent French and English, or Dutch and English.A passion for unlocking the power of data to drive business value
