At least 3 years of SAP real estate (RE-FX) and Contract & Lease Management (CLM) processes and solutions. Knowledge or experience of other SAP offerings in this area are considered a plus.
Good overview of real estate and lease management processes in SAP and its peripheral integration, including with non-SAP applications; portfolio management, space management, energy management, capital projects, procurement & inventory management, asset & facilities management, accounting & controlling, master data and reporting, document management, measurements (IoT), energy management, etc.
Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP real estate and lease management processes in different contexts and industries.
Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Projects in ECC or S/4HANA (S/4HANA experience is a key plus).
Depending on seniority, experience in project management including client stakeholder interaction.
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Open to travel as part of project assignments.
Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, and driven for excellence.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Language requirements: Internal communication in English; fluency in Dutch or French, with basic understanding of the other language, is preferred.
Relevant SAP certification is considered a plus.
