Profile & Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
* Licensed to operate electric pallet transporters and forklifts (CACES CAT. 4 or equivalent).
* Experience handling electronic and mechanical components.
* Strong IT and data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Warehouse Management.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude.
* Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, label, and store all incoming materials in the prototype inventory system.
* Manage and update material data using SAP and internal systems.
* Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and kit components for prototype builds.
* Coordinate shipping, pick-ups, and deliveries of components.
* Track and record raw material consumption and finished product movement.
* Identify and locate materials and components during delivery and kitting.
* Report shortages or discrepancies to the Material Planning team.
* Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues such as incorrect deliveries or damaged goods.
* Manage quarantined and scrap materials according to quality procedures.
* Support inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain warehouse stock value within target thresholds.
* Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures when handling sensitive components.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and material flow efficiency.
