Job Description:
* Congress and event coordination: Plan plus deliver congresses, symposia plus customer events from briefing to wrap up. Ensure timelines are realistic, deliverables are clear plus outcomes are consistent.
* Logistics and supplier follow up: Coordinate venues, stand set up, promotional materials plus external suppliers. Keep execution smooth when priorities shift, deadlines tighten plus multiple stakeholders request changes.
* Compliance and approval coordination: Follow internal approval routes for materials, invitations plus event communication. Ensure every activity aligns with regulatory requirements and internal compliance processes used in pharma environments.
* Budget tracking and administration: Track event spend, support basic forecasting plus follow up invoices. Maintain clear documentation so the team can monitor budgets, commitments plus upcoming costs.
* Materials and inventory coordination: Manage ordering, shipping plus stock levels of marketing materials. Ensure sales teams receive the right items on time for customer meetings, congresses plus local events.
* Omnichannel marketing support: Support campaign follow up through web content updates, simple analytics checks plus digital tasks such as social media support. Build confidence in digital marketing workflows as the scope grows over time.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communication, commerce or event management
* Two to three years of experience in event coordination or marketing support
* Strong planning and organising skills with a structured working style
* Reliable, stress resilient colleague who meets deadlines consistently
* Accurate mindset with interest in standardising processes
* Comfortable in regulated environments where compliance is essential
* Social, professional communicator who works well with stakeholders
* Fluent in Dutch with professional English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, confident with Word plus Excel
