Roles & Responsibilities
As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the technical integrity and quality of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximise the potential of Microsoft technologies within projects
2. Provide a seamless development experience for the technical team
3. Ensure builds and releases run smoothly
4. Conduct quality control with a focus on performance, stability, and robustness
5. Ensure successful integration with other applications
6. Oversee the efficient migration of data to the new solutions
You will be supported by a team of technical consultants and developers. One of your key deliverables will be a detailed solution design covering the application landscape, integrations, and infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities
7. Provide technical guidance on performance, scalability, reliability, and security
8. Define infrastructure and application design
9. Develop migration strategies, tools, and approaches
10. Design, install, and maintain the environment landscape from development to production
11. Support hardware sizing and software upgrades
12. Conduct quality control with a strong focus on performance and security
13. Plan and implement integration tests to ensure compliance with specifications
14. Deliver training for technical and IT management staff as required
15. Stay current with Microsoft technologies and share knowledge across teams

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
16. Experience in managing and coaching technical teams of five or more members
17. The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
18. Strong customer focus and communication skills
19. Excellent problem-solving abilities
20. A minimum of six years of hands-on experience in ERP implementations
21. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure sizing and application architecture
22. Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies
23. Experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics migration activities
24. Relevant technical certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
25. Fluency in Dutch or French and English
Additional qualifications that are considered a plus:
26. Certification in Prince2, PMP, or other project management methodologies
27. Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
28. Familiarity with Azure DevOps
