Role Description
As a Scrum Master, you guide an Agile development team responsible for the evolution and maintenance of a core business application.
You facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile principles and practices are applied consistently and pragmatically.
You coach and support less experienced developers, helping them grow both technically and in Agile ways of working.
You safeguard functional and technical concepts, ensuring architectural and development standards are respected.
You monitor and improve software development practices, with a strong focus on code quality and sustainability.
You advise functional analysts within the team and help translate functional needs into technically sound solutions.
You actively support deployment activities and help ensure smooth releases into production.
You remove impediments, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
You contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and shared ownership.
What are we looking for?
You have at least 6 years of experience in Agile delivery environments, including a senior role as Scrum Master.
You have a solid technical background in .NET development (version 8 or higher).
You have hands-on experience working with Scrum and preferably SAFe in larger-scale environments and you are certified as a SAFE 5 Practitioner (mandatory)
You have experience supporting or working on core business applications with high reliability requirements.
You are comfortable advising developers and analysts on technical and functional topics.
You have experience with SQL Server, XML, and legacy technologies such as Visual Basic.
You speak Dutch or French at native level and can understand and read the other national language.
You communicate clearly, coach naturally, and know how to balance structure with pragmatism.
