Key Accountabilities
* Executes assigned tasks in P&O Operations following standard operating procedures and safety/quality requirements.
* Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in line with controls.
* Recognises issues or inconsistencies and supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
* Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner.
* Maintains accurate documentation in line with policies and procedures.
* Coaches or guides peers on procedures and tools, coordinating day‑to‑day priorities when required.
Who we are looking for
* Provide support and address P&O Cares requests until completion within SLAs with a strong customer‑service orientation, correctness, speed and quality.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders defined within P&O and locally at the site level to support defined needs within the model scope.
* Support projects that improve processes, build or adapt necessary services or support implementation of technology.
* Regularly capture knowledge and data consistently as defined to support the employee portal, knowledge base, tools, core P&O systems and process improvement linked to standards.
* Ensure responsibility for quality, integrity, timeliness and correctness of information in a customer‑focussed way.
* Complete P&O Operations activities to process staff and manager requests.
* Maintain portal and knowledge base information updated.
* Work with P&O colleagues within Operations, Technology and COEs, site P&O and HRBPs to provide excellent service and support.
* Own the hiring and termination process for site Brasil, responsible for all candidate documentation, data verification and system entry (ADP, SuccessFactors, time‑management).
* Monthly payroll routine, create monthly reports for compensation, headcount, EFG program accounting, expatriates, statutory director payments, absenteeism and hours worked.
* Execute the P&O Operational Process and the Benefits‑focused Service Delivery (Non‑Insurable services).
* Actively work within KPIs and SLAs, and use information to signal when improvements are required.
* Collaborate closely with P&O business partners, Expertise Centres, site P&O and stakeholders.
Requisitos
* Completed higher education in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields.
* Intermediate English for conversation, written and reading.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Preferable knowledge of the ADP system.
