Key activities in this phase include: /p ul liPost‑sales transition: facilitating knowledge transfer between sales and implementation/onboarding teams, ensuring continuity and alignment with customer goals. /li liSolution clarification demos and presentations: re‑engaging customers to reinforce the value and functionality of purchased SAP Data AI solutions, addressing the needs of new stakeholders, clarifying the impact of de‑scoping decisions, and addressing potential "shelfware" situations. /li /ul h3Extend Phase /h3 pDuring the Extend phase you will focus on prioritizing innovation and growth within existing customer accounts. You will handle key activities such as: /p ul liUpsell/cross‑sell identification: you act as a consultant to the sales team, drawing on your knowledge of the account to pinpoint upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. /li liSolution expertise: you re‑engage with customers, delivering solution overviews and demonstrations, drawing upon previous sales engagement experiences with the client. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 h3Required /h3 ul li5+ years of professional work experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role /li li3+ years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience in a customer‑facing role, with a specific focus on cloud data warehousing solutions /li liExpertise with Business Data Cloud (BDC) and related components (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake) /li liFunctional knowledge of S/4HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes that leverage SAP BDC is desired /li liStrong understanding of modern data architecture industry trends and proven ability to present to all levels in a customer’s organization /li liStrong understanding of modern data architecture industry leaders and competitive differentiators /li liInspiring storyteller /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liProficient in Databricks /or Snowflake technologies /li liProficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) /li liProficiency with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries /li liPassion and energy in all customer interactions /li liAbility to drive opportunities in collaboration with Account Executive, Sales Specialists, Customer Success Managers and Partner Business Managers /li /ul h3The SAP Portfolio You’ll Work With /h3 ul liSAP Business Data Cloud (incl.
